Christ Lutheran Church & School Where Faith, Academics and Families Come Together

This Sunday @ Christ

This Sunday: Doxology: The Eruption of praise from a full heart (Ephesians 3:20-21)

The term “doxology” derives from two Greek words, doxa, signifying “praise, honor, glory,” and logos, “utterance.” A doxology then, is an expression of praise.

Think of it this way: When you think of an inspirational landscape, what comes to mind? Everyone has different preferences, but a lot of people will immediately think of mountaintops. It’s said that the Maroon Bells (pictured) are the most photographed peaks in Colorado's Rocky Mountains, and when you see them, you’ll understand why. The views are magnificent and breathtaking!

Join me this Sunday and bring your “Doxology”: The Eruption of praise from a heart that has ascended the peak of God’s goodness and glory, a heart full of the indwelling love of God in Christ.
