By purchasing SCRIP certificates and gift cards from CLS you can help us earn cash from many of the merchants you already shop with. Simply use the SCRIP cards as you would use cash and a percentage of your purchase will be returned to the school.

Instructions:

- Print out the scrip order form
- Fully complete the order form for your purchase ( except the grayed out area )
- Designate your 2% rebate allocation
- Submit, using one of the following methods:
- FAX completed order form to 949-631-6224 ( Payment due upon pickup)
- Deliver the order form to the school office, Mon. - Fri., 8am-4pm
- Deliver the order form to your child's teacher before class begins
- Pickup/delivery same day for full and partially filled orders.
- Back orders will be noted
